Ibis Cancun Centro

The restaurant here was particularly good which serve delicious food at a great price, we both ordered delicious dishes. Its location not very far from Dubai Palace was good and magnificent.

The location is very central, near to the consulate, grocery stores and a big mall.

Great no frills hotel.

Fast checking in/out. Great staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

If you are not familiar you may miss the entrance to the hotel from the road.

The ad is misleading. It is relatively clean. Would only recommend it for an overnight stay.

The shower was the best amenity they offered. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast.

No wash cloths in the building. No ice or any means of keeping anything chilled or cool (not even a plastic ice bucket). Only shelves to store your clothes. The desk is small and only one person can set in the settee by the window. Small rooms. TV only has one channel in English. Wifi is fast but limited wo what you access.

Staff were very friendly and serviceminded. The hotel were nice and clean, the room were very comfortable and we had a great view of Cancun city. Free Wifi. The perfcect place to stay if you are just staying in Cancun for 1 night and to go to the airport early in the morning. The ado bus stops right outside the hotel and cost about 50 pesos one way. I definitly recommend this hotel!

central access to parks and lively areas makes exploring easy

I had such a great time here enjoying the easy access to nearby parks and restaurants, made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable and relaxing.

The private parking was on site, EXCELLENT service. Took advantage of wake up service and ironing, they were free of charge. Location: the hotel was not far from good supermarket, ATM and ADO bus and a casino. Dined at Restaurante Marakame, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

Location, location, location!

I loved my stay, especially having a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoying the cozy vibe in my room. There were plenty of spots to relax, like the sun deck and the lounge area. The only hiccup was the misleading info about the airport shuttle, but overall, it was a nice experience! 🌞

The location near a mall and cafes made exploring easy. Although the room felt a bit cramped, the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast options were varied and enjoyable, but I would appreciate a small fridge for drinks. A nice budget option for travelers.

The staff were friendly, and the room was adequately clean for our family, including three dogs. We appreciated the complimentary water and the ease of accessing local attractions.

My kids wished there was a better breakfast selection. The continental spread could be improved for families, especially when traveling with children who need various options to choose from.

The local grocery store and coffee shop nearby were a good surprise. For a fun adventure, don't miss taking the local bus for just 10 pesos! Perfect for exploring Cancun.

Excellent location with a mall and car rentals nearby made getting around easy. The air conditioning was effective, beds were firm for a comfy night's sleep, and breakfast offered a great variety, including homemade bread. The service upon check-in was disappointing. Cleanliness in the hallways was lacking, surprising for a hotel that otherwise felt safe and well-maintained.
